Mothering Sunday Narcissi

Once you have enjoyed your Mothering Sunday Narcissi, Nic Broadbridge would be very grateful to receive any of the bulbs that are left over after the blooms have faded.  These he will plant up in the grounds of his home at “Linmill”.  Please bring them to church with you and leave them on the pew in the porch.  Thank you.

Autumn Ladies

This week’s meeting of the Autumn Ladies will be in the church hall on Wednesday (22 April) from 2 pm until 4 pm.  The activity will be a beetle drive.  All welcome.

Memory Lane Coffee Morning

Our Dementia Support Group will be holding a fund-raising coffee morning in the church hall on Saturday 25 April from 10.30 am until 2 pm.  Cost to get in is £5.  For this there will be lashings of tea and coffee, a good spread of home baking, a tombola and lots of good company.  All for a good cause.  Please come along and support us. 

Away Giving Campaign Suggestions for 2026

In the New Year we will be supporting the following Away Giving Campaigns: Bishop’s Lent Appeal, Water Aid, Social Bite and The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.

Prayer Tree

We now have a prayer tree in the church hall.  If you would like someone or something to be prayed for, please write your petition on the hearts provided and place it on the tree.  Your prayer will be prayed for in church.

Private Prayer

When she is with us on Sundays The Revd Liz Clelland will offer pastoral prayer in the Memorial Chapel after the Sung Eucharist to individuals who would like it.
