Church – Friday 4 July 1 pm until 2 pm – Funeral of Laurence Williams

Away Giving Collection

This Sunday is the last Sunday of the month. As is our custom at the end of the month all our giving in the open plate will be ringfenced for our current Away Giving Campaign in support of Mary’s Meals.  Please come to church armed with some extra cash for this excellent cause. 

Blue Triangle Soup Kitchen

If you’d like to make and donate a pot of soup with our weekly soup kitchen at The Blue Triangle in The Wide Close, please add your name and the soup you would like to make to the sheet on the table at the back of the church.  Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Garden Open for Charity

Lanark Town Gardens (Waterloo Road, Lanark) will have an open day on Sunday 13 July from 1 pm until 5 pm.  Entry: £6, children free.  Homemade Tees and plants for sale.  All proceeds to Charity.  Full details can be found at:  scotlandsgardens.org/Lanark-town-gardens/

Prayer Tree

We now have a prayer tree in the church hall.  If you would like someone or something to be prayed for, please write your petition on the hearts provided and place it on the tree.  Your prayer will be prayed for in church.

When she is with us on Sundays The Revd Liz Clelland will offer pastoral prayer in the Memorial Chapel after the Sung Eucharist to individuals who would like it.
